2bis. Data Collected via Chatbot and Digital Interactions
When you use our ImMa chatbot, we collect and process personal data in the following ways:
- Anonymous chat: If you use the chat without requesting to be contacted, the conversation is temporarily stored on our servers without direct association to your identity. The chat does not use cookies or leave traces in your browser; each time the page is refreshed or closed, the session is reset.
- Contact requests: If you choose to be contacted by our team (for support, inquiries, or feedback), you will be asked to provide your name, email address, and optionally your company name. In this case, the content of the conversation (via thread ID) is linked to the information provided and may be viewed by our staff exclusively for support purposes.
- Retention period: Conversations and any associated data are kept for a maximum of 30 days, after which they are securely deleted. This period is necessary to improve our service, analyze any issues, or comply with requests from competent authorities.
- Limitations and security: Access to chat histories occurs only when strictly necessary (explicit user request or legal obligations). No data is used for marketing, profiling, or advertising purposes.
- Technical providers: If the chatbot service is managed via external providers, they are selected in compliance with the GDPR and act as data processors.
